Originally from Kolkata, India, I work as a designer in Atlanta who specializes in user experience and interaction, brand identities, print media, and everything in-between.
While studying in India, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Masters in Film Studies. While pursuing my degree in Film Studies, I had the opportunity to take part in an exchange program in Osaka, Japan for a year. Living abroad in a culture completely foreign to me was an integral part of my growing as an individual; I learned to adapt to new ways of life, discovered my love for travel, and developed lasting relationships with people from all over the world.
Immediately after I returned from Japan, I enrolled into the Masters program at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, where I developed the skills and critical thinking required to be a designer and problem solver. I graduated in 2015 and have since lived and worked in Atlanta, providing design work for numerous businesses.
Outside of work you can find me trying out recipes from my growing cookbook collection or checking off a restaurant from a never-ending list of eateries I intend to visit. If I’m lucky I’m on a trip with my husband and I’ve found travel inspires my creative thinking, in a variety of ways.
